I have been looking for a house/flat to rent. I read the listing for a real bargain today and though I should share it....

6 bedroom - main has ensuite and walk in robe.
air conditioning in 4 bed rooms,
built in rodes in 5 bedrooms,
breakfast bar,
double lockable garage,
outdoor entertainment area,
watering system in the garden,
rumpus room which has a billard table if reanter wishes it to remain....


only $1800 per week
and a tiny bond of $7200

what a bargain!

I reckon the squatters at the Gold Coast got a bargain.
After sticking around long enough to force the 1st developer to sell out,
they got offerred 10K apiece if they'd just move on!
This was provided they moved out within 7 days.
The squatters reckoned it was un-australian because thet meant that on Australia Day, they would have to be gone!
Rent free, beach front, Gold Coast and 10 grand just to bugger off!
THAT IS A BARGAIN!

That would be a bargain here Viv. We are renting a three by one with pool at $1800 per week. Prices up to $2500 per week just around the corner

Crikey Fossil. No wonder ypu ride around on the bike so much in 40+ heat! Yer lookin' for a better deal!
