hey guys, got a couple of rebuild kits (thanks heaps ric), now there appears to be more parts ion the rebuild kits than there is on the 70 carbs (78 and 82 models)?? does anyone know if these kits (keystar) are meant to cover several models of carb, or am i just not pulling the carb down enough to get to all of the parts?
also does anyone know the factory setting for the 70 carbs, needle clip, what jets, how many turns out on the idle screw etc?
cheers _________________ 70s FTW!

ok turns out i wasnt paying enough attention. runs heaps better now, put the clip in the middle position. seems to die though if i give it anything over 1/4 throttle when idling. _________________ 70s FTW!

| Have you got the standard air filter on it? Which air filter you have on it will affect the jetting. |
