We are trying to find out if anyone is interested in doing a few rounds of the Vic off road series (sprints and cross country). we need a minimum of at least 10 entries to have a crack at it. We tried this a few years ago and it was great but the motorcrosss rounds clashed with a few of the offroad series rounds and due to lack of numbers it was canned.

| ok guys getting good feed back on this, so i am going to get in contact with the off road crew see what i can do. you are also required to have a ma licence to do these events. no 1 day licence available. im trying to get at least 6 rounds. cheers |

this is a way better response than the last time we tried something with the Victorian ORS Vic, you know you can count me in for a few at least and to help out with track mark outs like we used to do if we need to offer more help to get it over the line.
anything that is marked as and Enduro will be most likely out as they will be partly on public roads but in the past we did most of the sprint and XC rounds, even doing the three 2 dayers would be good that would mean 3 XC Races and 3 Sprints

Hey guys just let you know how i went last nite, all went well wth the vorc they where a bit concerned with the numbers that we will get at these
events, they want at least ten plus quads to make it worth while, they where also worried that the cluds running the events would not want 2 built a quad only track or modify there own tracks to suite us. But they didnt say no so thats a good thing. they where going to disscus it among themselves and get back to me in the next week. So as soon as i know i will post up whats going on. Cheers |

Thats how quads got started in South Africa. Piggy back on two wheeler events. The quad riders have just got to stick together and help each other out in the really tight stuff. The two wheeler clubs will soon see how much revenue can be made from Quad riders!
