Here's some pics of the Bass my brother caught the other day not too far from where we live in Maitland N.S.W. It measured 60cm (2foot) and weighind in at over 5 pounds! Both he and my father are mad keen fisherman and its the biggest bass that they have ever seen or even heard of being caught around here. 
Theyre not all that big though.
