you need a photo bucket account of something like that
1. upload the photo to photobucket
2. once uploaded hover your mouse over the photo
3 it will have a link that says "IMG Code"
click that once and it will automatically copy it
4. in the thread you want to show your photo
press Control+V to paste
5. DONE
