Hi anyone able to help me out, trying to figure out how the throttle cable on my 79 atc70 links into the throttle housing. It just doesn't seem to fit in properly at all. Thinking I don't have the right cable. Can anyone send me a picture of it either on this or too my mobile if that is easier 0411789346. Cheers guys. _________________ 1985 250es

| They are a horrible fit standard. There should be a grommet for the cable and kill switch. The cable buts up against the two pronged piece in the lower section and just sits against it from the outside after going through the grommet. It looks like it flops around all over the joint but does tighten up after the top cap screws down. |

Thanks John. Exactly what I was after, looks like I'm missing the rubber grommet. Might just have to buy a new cable, pretty sure the old one is stretched out anyway.

Thanks mate. What's with the wire part on it where it goes into the housing? _________________ 1985 250es
