Arrived at lavis lane today and could not get my trike to start, was only going for a fish with a mate who has a quad, with all the gear strapped on his bike.
A bloke rocks up with the coolest trike i have seen and offers to have a look for us. This ends up being Foreverthreewheels. Having no tools or spares on unlike Foreverthreewheels who had a tool kit and spares pulls out my spark plug which was not looking the best, and puts in a new plug which he had as a spare. Gives it a kick and presto im In action. I coulnt thank the bloke enough.
I got on to the beach had a fish and decide will head back to put the fishing gear in the car and go for a ride. Started the trike up ready to go and the engine dies, just could not get it started again. Another dead plug, so im thinking i have an electrical problem somewhere.
Does anyone know what could be causing this? 2 weeks ago it was running perfect.
Anyway my mate shot up to a 4wd up from us and he offers to give me a tow. Only place i could tie his tow strap was around my hangers, ended up digging in half way along in a rut an come flying off, cracked alot of my rear plastic, but im not complaining still got back to lavis lane.
Dont know who the bloke was, but he was a champion for helping me out. Likewise with Forevethreewheels. Both not wanting any in return.
So tomorrow off to buy a couple more plugs and hopefully try an work out whats going on. _________________
