Engine will not start has spark, Turns over ok, has many new parts.
Has all new unfitted plastics, New brakes, New handbrake, new coil, fuel pump. New back tires. Goki electric start fitted and battery. (Very rare).
Needs assembly and a tidy up and new seat as they all do.
