Wasn't a quad class approved (dependant on numbers) for last years' race?

| latest update is that mvic has just discovered that there is an MA rule that you cant have quads and solos on the track at the same time |

i'm not familiar with the format of finke so bear with me if this is dribble
is finke a race that involves multiple laps of the same track? or is it a race from one point to another? the reason i was given for the difference is that over multiple laps of a particular track (hattah) the 2 wheelers will be more likely to encounter slower quad traffic more often. ( my opinion is that it's likely to happen the other way too , faster quads will catch slower solos
a race from one point to another usually means the faster riders only have traffic issues at the start
correct me if i'm wrong |

| Yeah kev finke is a 2 part race, alice - finke day 1, finke - alice day 2, with quads and solos together. No laps just a long track |

| The point was you cant have solos and quad racing at the same time. Like i said you do in finke. It dosent matter if its from 1 point to another or laps they are still on the same track at the same time |

quads are on for hattah, only last week was offerd aride at hattah on an outlaw just to add numbers, race prolog track saturday. hattah is run by north west vic m/c club and is proquads welcoming quads most sundays on there mx + flat tracks, ring des at sunset m/c redcliffs for details.

apparently quads are on saturday after the 2 wheelers prologue or some such but sunday is 2 wheels only

it seems that the dates listed for hattah are last years dates so club site hasnt been updated for awhile so probly why no mention of quads in supp regs.

| There will be a quad class at the hattah enduro this year. It is going to be run on Sat arvo after the senior prolouge, it will be run on the junior prolouge track(8-10ks) for an hour or so. check the North west victorian motorcycle club website for mor info (sub reg will be posted there soon) www.nwvmcc.com There will be trophies and prize money for this class. |

Short loop sounds like a bit of a farce. We do longer laps in our club enduros. I can't see the issue with running both at the same time, in the same format. Long way to go to do 8 km to 10 km laps for an hour or so.
