how much gearbox oil should i put in my aircooled 250R??

looked everywhere but cant find "profanity removed" all info

ATC heaven says 1.1 litres but i think thats a bit much cosidering watercooled 250R's only hold 600ml

There is a 6mm oil level bolt in the clutch cover. Take it out and add tranny oil till it starts to spill out and replace the bolt.
