Hi All,
Mick Roycroft has kindly offered his office boardroom facilities at Tuggerah for our next East Coast quad riders meeting. Thanks Mick!
When: Thursday 9th October 2008
Time: 6.30pm (or as close as you can make it)
Where: Unit 8/ 1 Bounty Close Tuggerah NSW 2259 (just around the corner from Hardiman ATV)
Bring: $10 bucks or so to contribute to dinner and drinks.
RSVP: For catering purposes we need you to RSVP to Jo by Tuesday 7th October.
AGENDA:
Planning meeting for the 2009 years calendar. Heres a mixture what we have drafted so far:
• 2 major quad days at Barleigh Ranch & 1 open meeting incorporating an East Coast Cup Series at various locations in NSW
• Possible Thumb Pump Event on the Central or South Coast
• A number of recreational ride days at various locations
• NSW State Titles at Canberra (so we can have juniors)
Please try and make it so we can get moving forward.
For those who did the General Officials course contact Glen Pickering hunter-mcc@bigpond.com for info on upcoming club days where you can get your log books signed off so you can progress to the next level. He can also answer any queries you may have about how to move towards becoming a scrutineer, race secretary or clerk of course, official etc etc.
Any queries or additional agenda items please forward them to me.
