i would think the 86/87 200x. some improvement over the 85.
but then i own a 86, be my reasoning _________________ it comes with 6 months warranty, flog it. |

| On a different topic do Honda stock parts here in Australia for these bikes? Im looking for a rear brake cable for my XL250 Motosport resto and the brake cable for this bike is rarer than rare , the cable from a ATC looks almost identical so would like to measure one up. |

The '86 had better engine and more gears.
For the cable try Ric at ATC heaven he has most trike cables in stock, Honda Australia has some parts but not too many. |

| '83 -'85 ATC200X. Bullet proof and far easier to modify if needed. An XR200 six speed gearbox fits as well. I used to love blowing away modified later models and scaring the crap out of the 250R's. |
