Best of luck jamie.I think you will find that some of the gears for that model bike are not available new so second hand ones get very rare. What is wrong with the transmission?

your only chance would be to get a bottom end from the us.You should get the american bloke that was there last weekend to get you one from a wreckers inthe us and ship it.He told me he would be happy to help with parts.

Jamie
I know Dave is building a spare motor, he may be able to tell you where he picked up the bottum end from.

Try Ian Brock in SA, he had a complete and parts air cooler, might be able to help you out.

You might find when you pull it apart mate it hasnt actually chewed out tha gears, they where out the three drive dogs on the back of certain gears theres a way you can undercut the drive dogs and put shims between them.9 out of 10 times it can be fixxed tha aircoolers are known for this mostly 3rd gera but yeh pull it apart an see wat its done dont get to worried about it yet
