I thought '81/'82 were Gen 1's, '83/'84 were Gen 2's and '85/'86 were Gen 3's?

| I don't think Honda designated 1,2 or 3rd Gen . Its something someone made up. That trike on Ebay is the 2nd model 250R. |

| Me and your old boy bought two new '82 models in April that year. They cost cost us $1,260 US each and with the exchange rate at that time was $1,140 Aud each. A big step-up in handling but not much faster than the old 180cc methonal burning 90's. |

It is the second model 250R. Thanks for the info though. I didn't have a clue about anything in that write up.  |
