Any chance you can help me with this please?

I've already checked online microfiche such as http://fiche.worldofpowersports.com/wps/showmodel.asp?Type=13&make=yamahaatv&a=353&b=1&c=0&d=-MODEL-INFO---MANUALS and I am still not confident It's the right thing. From this online reference I'm guessing it's part 5. When I saw pictures of it on ebay, it looked incorrect.

To describe it, I've put in a new LS racing axle housing with bearings, but when I go to slip the locknut on, it won't stay on. Despite securing my spare parts, someone with 0 intelligence spilled the bucket out and now after spending hours recovering everything lost, I can't find this one part. I'm not 100% sure what I'm missing, but basically, there's something thats not keeping the locknut on. I am assuming it's something that fits into the groove on the axle.

Anyone with 700 raptor knowledge would be appreciated. Thanks

I've checked other images on the net and can't confirm if I've put the locknut on the wrong side. I've put this back together without help from anyone so I need some help. Thanks people.

Edit: here's a picture of it before I took it apart. What I think I'm missing is the wide spacer that goes between the axle extender and the locknut. I have the c clip already. Can anyone offer advice please?
