Hi All first Question on this forum so hope i get it right.
Im not sure if this is normal or not (first Quad bike) but when i drive through a paddle of water only an inch or two deep the splash is enough to kill or at least limit the engine from running at low rpm. I understand that the water is getting on the spark plug system and earthing out but I see a heap of people driving quads in deep water without issue.
Im wondering if something is wrong with my Quad or this is normal for it? (CFMOTO 500 Classic 2012) it will dry off quickly and i can restart the quad and away i go but it's frustrating
Any ideas will be appreciated cheers
